SPADE- Society of practical applications and development of economics annually hosts it's
grand spectacle- ACE, Annual Consortium for Excellence. Every year, the fest is spiced up with mind
racking events that tests the participants' socio-economic acumen to the limit!
Intercollegiate events intends to assess the socio economic knowledge of the students, with a twist, and
endeavour to widen their practical understanding regarding development of economics.
This year Ace of spade was back with a bang in the offline mode with astounding response from the participants for our five stupendous events i.e., ecopix, salva gauge, trail the dark, bizphoria, and riddles& skiddles.
EcoPix, where every picture tells a story. Eco-pix is organised every year, in this we call for all our philosophers to pour their imagination and comprehension, print them on little cards and send them out to us!
Bizphoria as the name suggests event based on business analogies and economic practicalities with more than 130 team registrations with a great success. Event had three mindboggling rounds quizomania , riddle o brands (riddles and crosswords on brands) and Monowars (monopoly with compelling twists and turns)
Trail the dark was the event where there was enthralling hunt and capture the evil lurking in the shadows. With the two rounds, ghost hunters relay and casting the spell this event was another success with more than 100 team registrations
Salva-gauge, an event based on thought that `not every waste is required to be dumped like your ex, some materials may turn into an innovation.’ Participants created the best possible outcome with the use of scrap and waste materials which tested their business acumen in trading, bidding, and marketing areas.
Last but not the least, Riddles and Skiddles based on nostalgia and highlights that childhood is the one story that stands by itself in every soul. An ultimate destination to relive those childhood memories with an adulthood twist with the three challenging rounds i.e., merry quizmas, stand strong and hop a leg
